The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has a new, limited eviction moratorium in place from Aug. 3-Oct. 3, 2021. As of Aug. 3, current COVID-19 case counts dictate that the moratorium is in place in Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery counties but NOT Chester County. LASP encourages renters to apply for rent and utility assistance in their respective counties.
