Charles Burrows elected to SEPA VOAD Board of Directors

(Dec. 27, 2023) CHESTER City - Thomas Kerstan, Staff Attorney and Delaware County Pro Bono Coordinator, is retiring Dec. 31, 2023 after 16+ years at Legal Aid of Southeastern PA. Throughout his time at LASP, he was based in the Chester City office in Delaware County.
