Join us for summer fun in support of local, mission-driven theater! Steel River Playhouse in Pottstown hosts ‘Legally Blonde: The Musical’ in partnership with LASP.

Join Legal Aid of Southeastern PA on Thursday, July 25, 2024 for the Steel River Playhouse Pay-What-You-Want Preview of Legally Blonde. Ahead of this performance, LASP staff will share brief remarks about our work in Montgomery, Bucks, Chester and Delaware counties.

POTTSTOWN - A fabulously fun award-winning musical based on the adored movie, Legally Blonde follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes and scandal in pursuit of her dreams.

Join Legal Aid of Southeastern PA in Pottstown on Thursday, July 25, 2024 as Steel River Playhouse hosts its first-ever Pay-What-You Want Preview. The preview is part of Steel River Playhouse's Accessible Ticket programming. Before the curtain rises at 7 p.m., LASP staff will share brief remarks. Did you know? LASP has long had a local office in Pottstown!

Pay-What-You-Want performances ask audiences to set their own ticket price (even $0), with option to donate towards Steel River's mission at the end of show. It is part of Steel River's efforts to make theater more accessible to any and all members of our community.

Legally Blonde is produced in partnership with Legal Aid of Southeastern PA. LASP's mission is to provide quality civil legal representation to low-income and vulnerable people in Montgomery, Bucks, Chester and Delaware counties, to empower them to solve problems without legal representation through legal education and increased access to the courts, and to change community practices and systems that cause or aggravate poverty.

About the show
