CHESTER City - Sen. John I. Kane, in collaboration with Legal Aid of Southeastern PA and Senior Community Services, will host a free Landlord-Tenant Forum on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the Chester Senior Center, 721 Hayes St., Chester, PA 19013.

The event will provide information on tenant rights in Pennsylvania, covering key landlord-tenant issues and legal protections for renters.

CASA Pennsylvania and the Chester County Partnership to End Homelessness are hosting a Tenants Rights Forum on Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The event will take place at The Garage Community & Youth Center in Avondale, PA (121 Pennsylvania Ave, Avondale, PA 19311).

The Pennsylvania Fair Housing Center, Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, South Chester Regional Police Department, and Kennett Square Police Department will present important information about your rights as a tenant. This will be a space for you to ask any questions about your rental situation.

The presentation and resources will be provided in Spanish. Coffee and light refreshments will also be provided. We hope to see you there!

UPPER DARBY - LASP Staff Attorney Thomas Kerstan will present on behalf of Legal Aid of Southeastern PA at a Landlord-Tenant Forum. on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022 from 6:30-8 p.m. at Watkins Senior Center, 326 Watkins Ave, Upper Darby, PA 19082.

Sen. Tim Kearney is partnering with Upper Darby Mayor Barbarann Keffer, Judge Christopher R. Mattox, LASP, and Lee Stivale, Esq. to present the Landlord-Tenant Forum.

Landlords and tenants are encouraged to attend the forum to learn important information regarding landlord-tenant issues and better understand what rights they have.
