DARBY - Need your record expunged? Join Legal Aid of Southeastern PA, State Sen. Anthony H. Williams and State Rep. Joanna McClinton at a Delaware County Expungement Clinic Monday, January 20, 2020. This Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service event will take place at Darby Borough Recreation Center, 1022 Ridge Ave., Darby, PA, 19023.

• Only Delaware County arrests are eligible
• Only non-convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged
• Some misdemeanor convictions may be sealed if 10 years have passed
• Must have no current criminal charges
• Must not be serving probation time
