CHESTER City - Get help applying for a pardon if you have marijuana convictions! The PA Marijuana Pardon Project is offered for a limited time only - September 2022. You must apply by Sept. 30, 2022!

Legal Aid of Southeastern PA’s Community Engagement Unit and the City of Chester (Delaware County) will hold three legal clinics to help you apply for this pardon project.

All three clinics will be at Chester City Hall, 1 E. Fourth St., Chester, PA 19013.

• Monday, Sept. 19, 2022 from 5-7 p.m.

• Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022 from 5-7 p.m.

• Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2022 from 5-7 p.m.

Eligibility

• CONVICTIONS FOR:

  • Possession of Marijuana (35 § 780-113 §§ A31)

  • Marijuana, Small Amount Personal Use (35 § 780-113 §§ A31I) ‘

• Pennsylvania cases only

• No additional convictions, cases from other states, or federal cases
