Overview

For a limited time, the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons is providing a shorter, quicker pardon application for individuals with misdemeanor possession of marijuana convictions.

Apply Sept. 1-30, 2022

This opportunity is only available from Sept. 1 -Sept. 30, 2022. You must submit an application by Sept. 30 to take advantage of this quicker process!

Eligibility

  • CONVICTIONS FOR:

    • Possession of Marijuana (35 § 780-113 §§ A31)

    • Marijuana, Small Amount Personal Use (35 § 780-113 §§ A31I) ‘

  • Pennsylvania cases only

  • No additional convictions, cases from other states, or federal cases

How to apply

In VIDEO 1 of a 3-part series from Legal Aid of Southeastern PA's Community Engagement Unit, learn how to find your record in the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania's web portal. You will need information from the UJS portal to apply for a pardon. Deadline to apply: SEPT. 30, 2022. (3 minutes, 42 seconds)
