Overview
For a limited time, the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons is providing a shorter, quicker pardon application for individuals with misdemeanor possession of marijuana convictions.

This opportunity is only available from Sept. 1 -Sept. 30, 2022. You must submit an application by Sept. 30 to take advantage of this quicker process!
Eligibility
CONVICTIONS FOR:
Possession of Marijuana (35 § 780-113 §§ A31)
Marijuana, Small Amount Personal Use (35 § 780-113 §§ A31I) ‘
Pennsylvania cases only
No additional convictions, cases from other states, or federal cases
