PHOENIXVILLE - Get your mobile home taxes reassessed for free. Advocates from Legal Aid of Southeastern PA and United Way of Chester County will hold outreach events at Phoenixville Public Library, (Harrop Room), 183 Second Avenue, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on the following dates and times:

• Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 5-7 p.m.

• Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 5-7 p.m.

Details:

• Please bring your title and/or other home documents (insurance documents, Bills of Sale/receipts if home purchased in 2019 or later).

• Help will be available in English and Spanish.

From 2019-2021, the Chester County Mobile Home Tax Reassessment Project has helped 756 owners save $833 per home per year!

Partners for the 2022 project are: LASP, United Way of Chester County, and LCH Health & Community Services (formerly La Comunidad Hispana).
