RIDLEY PARK – State Rep. David M. Delloso will hold an Expungement and Pardon Clinic on Saturday, April 13, 2024 to help community members learn if record expungement might be an option for them. Attorneys from Legal Aid of Southeastern PA will be on hand to provide expert guidance.
The free event will be held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Rep. Delloso’s district office, 605 E. Chester Pike, Ridley Park, PA 19078.
Advance registration is required. Anyone interested please RSVP by April 10 by calling Rep. Delloso’s office at 610-534-1002. Bringing copies of records is highly encouraged.
Attendees should note the following criteria:
Only Pennsylvania arrests are eligible.
Only non-conviction charges (including ARD) or summary convictions with no arrests in the past five years can be expunged. Non-summary convictions cannot be expunged.
Many misdemeanor convictions may be sealed if seven years have passed.
Some low-level drug and property-related felony convictions may be sealed if 10 years have passed.
Must have no current criminal charges.
Must not be currently serving probation.
