UPPER MORELAND - Looking to clean up your record? Join us for an expungement clinic hosted by the offices of PA Rep. Nancy Guenst, Sen. Maria Collett, the Montgomery County Public Defenders, and Legal Aid of Southeastern PA. The clinic will be Tuesday, March 14, 2023 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Upper Moreland Library, 109 Park Avenue, Willow Grove, PA 19090.

Appointment is required.

• Only Pennsylvania arrests are eligible.

• Only non-conviction charges, including ARD, or summary convictions with no arrests in the past five years can be expunged (non summary convictions cannot be expunged.

• Some misdemeanor convictions may be sealed if 10 years have passed.

• Must have no current criminal charges.

• Must not be serving probation time.

• Please bring copies of records (optional).
