FOLCROFT - Rep. David M. Delloso will host an Expungement Clinic on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. The clinic will be at the Folcroft Borough Municipal Complex, 797 E. Ashland Ave, Folcroft, PA 19032.
Meet with legal professionals from Legal Aid of Southeastern PA to see if you are eligible to file a request for a record expungement or pardon. Representatives from EDSI will join us to discuss job opportunities.
You are encouaraged to bring copies of records, if possible.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE:
Only PA arrests are eligible.
Only non-conviction charges (including ARD) or summary convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged. Non-summary convictions cannot be expunged.
Many misdemeanor convictions may be sealed if 7 years have passed.
Some low-level drug & property-related felony convictions may be sealed if 10 years have passed.
Must have no current criminal charges.
Must not be currently serving probation.
