Speaker: Richard A.J. Prebil, Supervising Attorney, LASP Veterans Advocacy Project

The CLE will focus on the types of benefits available and which veterans qualify for each benefit. It will also provide information about which branch of the VA or other government office to contact to address issues and obtain information before focusing on how to advocate and/or litigate for veterans within the system.

Richard Prebil, Esq. is the Supervising Attorney of the LASP Veterans Advocacy Project. He has spent his legal career working in the public interest sector. Richard is also an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he teaches “Representing Veterans in Administrative Practice.”
