Eviction has damaging consequences for both the families losing their homes and the broader community. Join us as we explore five strategies that communities can adopt to reduce the rate of evictions:

* Ongoing rental assistance;
* Landlord-tenant mediation programs;
* Expansion of legal services and representation;
* Connection to supports and services for tenants that are at most risk; and
* Outreach and partnership with landlords.

Join the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania along with national, state and local leaders to discuss how the five strategies are already making an impact in Pennsylvania.

Speakers include:

* Peggy Bailey, Senior Advisor on Rental Assistance, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
