Presenters will discuss the importance of record-clearing legal work, the different ways to do this in PA, and the pardon application process. They will provide details on the application, other steps of the process, and the value to the applicant in having an advocate to assist them.
Cost is the same for virtual or in-person attendance:
$35 for BCBA members
$60 for non-BCBA members.
To enroll for free: If you are an attorney who wants to take a pro bono case, FIRST email Megan at mreinprecht@lasp.org. Be sure to email her BEFORE you register for the CLE. If you pay first, the CLE fee CANNOT be reimbursed.

As an accredited CLE provider, LASP can provide CLE credits for the pro bono work itself. Volunteers can receive 1 CLE credit for every 5 hours of pro bono work, up to 3 credits per compliance period. (For more information on PACLE's Pilot Program, see pacle.org/providers/pro-bono.)
