Join Christina Drzal, Supervising Attorney for the Regional Housing Unit, to learn the basics of landlord/tenant law in PA.  The course will review important landlord/tenant statutes, explain the eviction process, explore viable eviction defenses, discuss the impact of COVID-19 on eviction proceedings and more.  Potential pro bono volunteers are invited to participate.  Attorneys who agree to handle at least one LASP case pro bono will earn 1 substantive CLE credit.
