DOYLESTOWN - Join Legal Aid of Southeastern PA at a free Bucks County Custody Clinic Wednesday, Jan. 17 and Tuesday, March 12, 2024 from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Almshouse, 1260 Almshouse Road, Building G, 4th floor Conference Room, Doylestown, PA 18901. 9:30 a.m. Intake. (All guests must sign in downstairs, per building policy.)
10-11 a.m. Information session
11 a.m. Meet with an attorney for approximately 20 minutes

Who we can help at the free clinic
Parents only (no grandparents or extended family members)
Assistance is for Bucks County cases only.
Clinic is available to help prepare the first petition for custody, to change a current order, or to provide general advice in a Bucks County custody case.
Provide a copy of the most recent custody order, if there is one.
Parents must meet financial eligibility for Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP).
What to expect
Parents will meet with an attorney for about 20 minutes.
The attorney will give brief legal advice regarding custody, help you fill out the paperwork, and give directions on how to file the paperwork at court.
After the clinic, a LASP advocate can follow up with you.
