We can help! Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP), in partnership with the Montgomery County Dept. of Health & Human Services Office of Community Connections, will present a free, virtual Birth Certificate and ID Clinic Friday, April 30 from 12-2 p.m.
You must pre-register at 484-206-8045.
When you register, give your name, email, phone number, and which ID you need (driver’s license/photo ID, birth certificate, and/or Social Security card).

Meet one-on-one with an advocate who will request your ID, Social Security card or Pennsylvania birth certificate for you.
Please bring any of the following to the virtual appointment:
To show proof of identity: Birth certificate, Social Security card, military ID, marriage or divorce certificate, citizenship or naturalization certificate, old photo ID such as driver’s license or school ID, passport.
To show proof of residence: Utility bill, rental agreement, mortgage statement, bank statement, medical bill, W-2 form, work ID, tax return.
