DOYLESTOWN - The Bucks County Bar Association’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and Pro Bono Committee are co-sponsoring the CLE, “The New Clean Slate 3.0 Law.” The CLE is part of April Marathon Day Tuesday, April 9, 2024 from 2:15-3:15 p.m. at 135 E. State St., Doylestown, PA 18901.

The attorneys will present on Pennsylvania's new Clean Slate 3.0 law, which authorizes more types of criminal records to get sealed. For the first time, some nonviolent, nonsexual felony convictions can get sealed. LASP attorneys will also review expungements and pardons.
There will be upcoming opportunities to volunteer at LASP expungement clinics in Bucks County.
