NORRISTOWN - Elise Wilson-Coles is Human Resources Manager at LASP.

Elise Wilson-Coles is the Human Resources Manager at Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania (LASP). Elise has worked in both the public and private sectors. She brings over 18 years of experience as a paralegal and legal assistant in plaintiff and defense litigation law firms. She started at LASP in May 2018 as Accounting/HR Administrator and was named Human Resources Manager in February 2022. She also serves as Pandemic Safety Officer.

Elise strongly focuses on recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, business strategy, compensation philosophies, and training and development.

Elise holds a B.S. in Business from Eastern University and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
