Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP) is celebrating 23+ years of service as a regional nonprofit law firm in the Philadelphia suburbs of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties.
We provide free civil legal services to low-income, vulnerable residents.
Our nine offices are located in seven communities: Bristol, Chester city, Doylestown, Media, Norristown, Pottstown and West Chester.
Staff currently work on a hybrid basis.

SUMMARY
Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (“LASP”) seeks an attorney to provide family law-related legal services in its Doylestown Office in Bucks County. LASP serves low-income individuals and families in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. This is a full-time position that will primarily focus on representing parents in Children and Youth cases involving dependency and termination of parental rights, protection from abuse petitions for victims of domestic violence and custody cases. Other cases in LASP’s core areas of practice including housing, public benefits, and criminal record clearing may also be assigned. Staff currently work on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will be expected to perform in-office work as well as be able to work remotely.

Accounts Payable Specialist – Norristown (Montgomery County), PA

Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Inc. (“LASP”) seeks a dependable, detail-oriented professional with a solid background in accounts payable who will provide professional, efficient, and accurate support to its busy Finance Team and mission-driven operations. LASP provides civil legal services to low-income individuals and families with a staff of 80+ employees working in 9 offices in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties in the Philadelphia suburbs. Cases focus on fundamental human needs including housing, protection from domestic violence, family law, and basic income support. LASP also provides fresh starts for those facing obstacles to decent housing and employment due to expungable criminal records or debt. Administrative Assistant – Chester City (Delaware County), PA

SUMMARY
Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP) is seeking an administrative assistant for its office in the City of Chester, Delaware County. LASP serves low-income individuals and families in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. The LASP basic services field office, the Regional Housing Unit, and the Veteran’s Advocacy Project are co-located in the City of Chester. This person will perform administrative and clerical duties that support the daily work of the staff. Assignments may include performing clerical work for legal advocates, scheduling meetings, preparing, and maintaining office records, and correspondence. Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (“LASP”) seeks a Regional Disaster Relief Case Manager to assist with the provision of legal services in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties, Pennsylvania. LASP serves individuals with low incomes from Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties facing issues regarding housing, including landlord-tenant law and foreclosure, family law, protection from domestic violence, consumer, employment and public benefits. LASP’s current Montgomery County offices are in Norristown and Pottstown. The position will be based in Norristown and will be full-time. Staff currently work on a hybrid basis.
